After three years as Chief Operating Officer at Sopher + Co, Sanjay became Partner in 2021 bringing his drive and results-driven nature to the role.

With over 20 years within the professional services industry, he utilises his strong financial and business acumen in order to make strategic business decisions. He is responsible for all the operational and commercial teams across the business, ensuring alignment of both the firm’s strategic direction and the efficiency of its day-to-day operational functions.

His key areas of expertise include risk management; budgeting and forecasting; profitability improvement; cost control programs; and information security systems. Previous positions include Operations Director and COO, most recently at DWF.
