In the event of an HMRC enquiry into my tax affairs, I request that Sopher + Co makes a claim on its Policy for the recovery of the professional expenses that are incurred and that these fees are credited to my account. I acknowledge liability of any professional expenses not recoverable under the policy.No, I would not like to subscribe, I acknowledge that I will therefore be responsible for any fees incurred for my defence in the event of a tax investigation.
