Hannah joined the firm’s US business tax team in 2024, bringing with her nine years of experience from one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
She primarily advises clients on US international taxation, including non-US businesses operating in the US, US investors with non-US businesses, and international mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, Hannah provides guidance on compliance matters for US businesses and cross-border investments of US taxpayers.
She is a US licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is eligible to practice before the Internal Revenue Service in the US.
