Emma is an experienced tax planner with over 15 years’ experience, and heads up the compliance arm of the tax department and is one of our Authorised Individuals licensed to undertake probate work. Emma specialises in providing advice on succession and IHT planning, as well Trusts including issues with stockpiled gains. Her diverse portfolio of clients includes owner managed businesses, non-domiciled and high net worth individuals.

Emma’s expertise also include: remittance and residence issues, property tax, self-employed and partnership tax issues, disclosure facilities and HMRC enquiries.
