As Systems and Operations Manager Carol plays a vital role in ensuring our teams are up to date on the various software packages and systems we use. This role continues to develop as we implement cloud-based software introduced to the industry. Since joining the firm in 2010, she has gained a wealth of knowledge through various roles held including within the Audit & Accounts department.
