Companies House will be updating their fees from 1 February 2026. Some of the key changes to highlight are:

• The digital confirmation statement filing fee will increase to £50
• The digital incorporation filing fee for the standard service will increase to £100
• The paper filing fee for voluntary strike-off will increase to £18
